Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and specs, and lead integration with ERP and TMS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, strong WMS config, SQL, and Agile delivery, and the ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms.
• Strong WMS module configuration and system integration knowledge.
• Experience delivering with Agile methods and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
