Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements for the WMS program, translating operational needs into epics and user stories for development.

You will lead technical integration with ERP/TMS via REST/SOAP/EDI, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with WMS platforms.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS projects.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
