Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a role focused on Manhattan Scale/Active projects. You will own the backlog, translate needs into actionable work items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust WMS solutions.

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards.
• Familiar with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
