Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a book of multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will set budgets, bid strategy, creative tests and the narrative on calls with clients.

You will be the strategic voice, shaping 90-day roadmaps, tracking ROAS and pipeline metrics with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and growing the long-term client relationship across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
