Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients, including targeting, budgeting, and narrative driving client conversations.

You will think strategically as the voice at the table, making calls on campaigns, roadmap, and account growth while collaborating with a remote team and engaging US clients on live calls. This full-time role emphasizes performance and relationship management in a distributed agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
