AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes, to support rapid company growth.

You will build reliable platform services and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. The role favors hands-on builders comfortable with distributed architectures and AI-native tooling, with a strong emphasis on ownership, communication, and fast learning in a dynamic, remote-friendly

Qualificações

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes experience, including service mesh like Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn on the fly; ownership mindset.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling matters here.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of experience with API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, or similar.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components such as service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence, etc.
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
