Job summary

Goodyear in Valle del Cauca, Yumbo seeks a Plant Continuous Skills Development Leader to translate global standards into practical shopfloor execution and embed capability development in daily operations. You will connect operations, HR, and frontline teams to strengthen readiness and performance.

You will lead end-to-end capability development, drive governance, and provide data-driven insights to support audits and continuous improvement across plant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, engineering, business or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing or learning & development with Lean/TPM/WCM exposure.
• Experience partnering with HR and operations; coaching and change management skills.
• Certifications in Lean/TPM/WCM or HR systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and embed global CSD standards into plant plans and daily routines.
• Partner with plant leadership and HR to integrate skills standards into workforce management.
• Lead end-to-end capability development including assessment, training and reinforcement.
• Manage standardized capability assessment, tracking, and data quality.
• Improve CSD processes by reducing manual work and sharing best practices.
• Lead plant-level CSD governance and monitor KPIs and audits.
