Job summary

CANPACK Group Tocancipá is seeking a Training Specialist to drive employee development in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate mentoring, deliver on-the-job and classroom training, and manage the Skills Management system to ensure consistent standards across the plant.

You will collaborate with production and support teams, monitor training progress, and report gaps and results to leadership. Travel up to 10% to support other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Education or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in training within manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and country-specific business language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities and mentoring programs to support KPI goals.
• Administer the Skills Management system and ensure data accuracy.
• Plan and organize on-the-job and classroom training.
• Evaluate and validate skill proficiency against standards.
• Prepare reports on training progress and gaps for stakeholders.
• Deliver induction programs and learning plans for new employees.
• Collaborate with Group / Corporate Training Team on global solutions.
• Travel up to 10% to support other sites.
