CANPACK Group is seeking a Training and Skills Coordinator to drive plant-wide capability development. You will administer the Skills Management IT system, recruit and onboard mentors, and coordinate on-the-job and classroom training to support KPI-driven growth.

You will organize skills assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with the Group Training Team to implement global training solutions at the plant level. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Competenze

• University degree in Education, Manufacturing, Adult Learning, or related fields.
• Health & Safety (Occupational Safety Training).
• Train the trainer training or similar.
• Experience with on-the-job training methodologies and classroom facilitation.

Mansioni

• Act as local administrator and key user of Skills Management IT system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop local mentors and verify mentoring activities.
• Plan and coordinate training activities supporting KPI targets.
• Oversee skills assessments and validate proficiency levels.
• Monitor training plans and report progress to stakeholders.
• Promote training initiatives through internal communications.
• Deliver induction programs and learning plans for new hires.
• Maintain training documentation and compliance materials.
• Collaborate with Group Training Team on global solutions.
