Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or admin support
• Experience supporting C-suite executives
• Ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and high confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (C1)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive, detail oriented Personal Assistant to provide direct executive level support and strengthen operational efficiency across the organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination, structured project follow through, and effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings structure to complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a strong sense of ownership and discretion. This is a high impact role within a fast paced, high growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

• Meeting Coordination : Organize and manage company meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging travel when necessary.
  
• Project Management : Oversee and update Projects with milestones, tasks, and subtasks. Act as a liaison across teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
  
• Vendor and Partner Relations : Coordinate and document meetings with vendors, partners, and consultants. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  
• Document Management : Organize, distribute, and maintain confidential company documents and records.
  
• Operational and Administrative Support : Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating office events.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  
• 1+ years of experience working with C-suite.
  
• A proactive "doer" attitude with exceptional organizational skills. You excel in bringing structure to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
