Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Social Analyst to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns for global clients. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with hands-on work on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

You will analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with international teams to drive improvements and achieve KPIs.

Formación

1–3 years of experience in Paid Social, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Media Buying.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
English level B2+ or higher.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and campaign optimization.
Experience with reporting and performance analysis.
Experience with analytics, reporting, or campaign management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Set up, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance daily.
Ensure campaigns meet timelines and quality standards.
Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign summaries.
Analyze data to identify insights and recommendations.
Conduct QA before launch and coordinate with internal teams.
