Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Digital Ad Trafficker to lead building and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more from our Bogotá office. You will set up robust campaign structures, manage bids and audiences, and track performance with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Trafficking, or Performance Marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Experience managing Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping, Lead Generation, and App Campaigns.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, GSC, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and interpreting metrics to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Supermetrics and Looker Studio.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Apple Search Ads, and more.
• Set up Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping, Lead Generation, and App Campaigns with correct structure and bidding.
• Manage audiences, remarketing, budgets, conversions, and events to maximize performance.
• Monitor KPIs daily (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, CAC, CPI, conversion rate) and optimize accordingly.
• Design and run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
• Configure and validate tracking via GTM, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools; ensure accurate measurement.
• Prepare dashboards/reports in Looker Studio, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
