Descripción del empleo

Overview

You’ll turn workforce data into clear insight that helps shape organizational design, workforce planning, M&A integration, and broader people analytics work. In this role, you’ll partner with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to keep data reliable, build reporting that people can use, and explain what the numbers mean in plain language. You’ll be part of work that helps colleagues make informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities across headcount, attrition, spans of control, workforce mix, organizational effectiveness, and talent movement. You’ll build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in HRIS, OrgVue, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and you’ll create recurring and ad‑hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

You’ll also support organizational analytics work for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and enterprise transformation. That means helping with org structure models, reporting structures, workforce scenarios, health checks, and analysis of workforce impacts, synergy capture, and talent integration. You’ll work closely with Organizational Design and HR teams to assess options, track changes over time, and highlight implementation risks.

Data quality is a big part of the role too. You’ll extract, validate, cleanse, transform, and reconcile HRIS data, then help keep workforce data consistent across reporting systems. You’ll also partner with HR, Finance, and IT colleagues to support data governance and improve reporting methods.

About You
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HRIS, organizational effectiveness, organizational design analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • You have worked with HRIS data and employee master data.
  • You use Excel to analyze workforce data and build reports.
  • You have created dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar platform.
  • You can explain complex data in simple terms in presentations and written updates.
  • You can work independently in a global, matrixed environment.
  • You can work with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather information and keep work moving.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, economics, business analytics, information systems, or a related field.
