Gallagher is seeking a workforce analytics professional to turn data into actionable insights for organizational design and people analytics. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to build reliable reporting and clear narratives.
You will develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, supporting org structure models, health checks, and talent movement analysis. The role requires collaboration in a global, matrixed environment and a relevant bachelor's degree.
You’ll turn workforce data into clear insight that helps shape organizational design, workforce planning, M&A integration, and broader people analytics work. In this role, you’ll partner with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to keep data reliable, build reporting that people can use, and explain what the numbers mean in plain language. You’ll be part of work that helps colleagues make informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
You’ll analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities across headcount, attrition, spans of control, workforce mix, organizational effectiveness, and talent movement. You’ll build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in HRIS, OrgVue, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and you’ll create recurring and ad‑hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
You’ll also support organizational analytics work for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and enterprise transformation. That means helping with org structure models, reporting structures, workforce scenarios, health checks, and analysis of workforce impacts, synergy capture, and talent integration. You’ll work closely with Organizational Design and HR teams to assess options, track changes over time, and highlight implementation risks.
Data quality is a big part of the role too. You’ll extract, validate, cleanse, transform, and reconcile HRIS data, then help keep workforce data consistent across reporting systems. You’ll also partner with HR, Finance, and IT colleagues to support data governance and improve reporting methods.
