Gallagher is seeking a workforce analytics professional to turn data into actionable insights for organizational design and people analytics. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to build reliable reporting and clear narratives.

You will develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, supporting org structure models, health checks, and talent movement analysis. The role requires collaboration in a global, matrixed environment and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce analytics or related analytical roles.
• Experience with HRIS data and employee master data is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex data in simple terms for presentations and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across headcount, attrition, and organizational design.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support analytics work for mergers, restructures, and enterprise transformation; track changes and assess risks.
• Extract, validate, cleanse, transform, and reconcile HRIS data to ensure data quality and consistency.
