Plata Card is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee monthly payroll for 150+ employees in Colombia. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely payments while guiding the transition of payroll services and in-house capability build.

You will design standardized payroll processes, validate controls, and ensure adherence to Colombian labor and tax regulations. Strong English and stakeholder skills are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll operations experience in Colombia.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and in-house transformation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxation, social security, and benefits.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) written and spoken.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations for 150+ employees in Colombia.
• Lead transitions of payroll services and data migrations.
