Qualifications

• Professional degree in administrative or related fields (Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc).
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of social security and general labour matters.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous.
• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review the systems and compile employee changes in the payroll file.
• Handle cases in ServiceNow related to payroll payments.
• Maintain communication with the payroll outsourcing provider for inputs and outputs.
• Support accounting close reporting and validations.
• Coordinate with HR COEs and HR in payroll-related processes.
• Assist internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and NPS indicators for payroll processes.
