MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL seeks a Payroll Specialist in Bogotá to manage biweekly payroll, perform audits, and handle garnishments. You will enter and maintain payroll data in Workday and ADP, ensuring accurate deductions and timely processing.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll tasks, generating reports for allocation/billing, and supporting new-hire payroll topics. A B2 level English need applies; 1-year fixed-term contract is noted in responsibilities.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of payroll and applicable laws.
• Experience with Workday and ADP in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Enters, maintains, and processes payroll information in the system.
• End to end payroll processing using Workday and ADP.
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions and taxes.
• Audits payroll using Workday reports.
• Issues checks or direct deposits for payroll corrections.
• Maintains wage garnishments in ADP.
• Assists with new-hire payroll topics and changes.
• Distributes payroll-related materials and reports.
