Sourcy Inc. is hiring a Payroll Representative (Bilingual) to manage full payroll cycles using the Prism platform and to ensure accuracy and legal compliance with U.S. labor and tax laws.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of U.S. payroll processing experience, advanced English (C1+), strong Excel skills, and a degree in Accounting or Business Administration. This hybrid Medellín, Colombia-based role offers a monthly salary of COP 4.0–4.5M and clear career progression.

Formación

• 1+ year of U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Prism or equivalent payroll software.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.

We’re Hiring! Payroll Representative (Bilingual)

Are you a payroll expert with experience in U.S. regulations and the Prism system? We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Representative to manage full payroll cycles while ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

What You´ll Do

• Execute full payroll cycles using the Prism platform.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor and tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide proactive client support by resolving inquiries related to payments, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare accurate payroll, audit, and reconciliation reports

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years processing U.S. payroll and 1+ years using the Prism system or equivalent payroll software. Multi-state payroll experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strict document control, and the ability to handle highly sensitive data.

What We Offer

• Salary: 4.0 to 4.5 million COP, depending on experience.
• Hybrid work model from Monday to Friday. Work on public holidays is required but fully compensated according to Colombian labor law.
