Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to lead client conversations, onboard and train teams, troubleshoot issues, and own problems from first contact to resolution. You will work with clients and internal teams across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

The role requires confidence in leading client calls, technical curiosity about software workflows, and composure with frustrated clients in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading demos or training, remotely or in person.
• Strong software workflow understanding and issue troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls and training sessions.
• Serve as trusted post-launch contact for clients.
• Monitor adoption and identify issues early.
• Lead difficult conversations with calm and clarity.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Translate client issues into actionable info for Product/Engineering.
• Track issues through resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
