Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client conversations, onboard and train teams, and drive issues to resolution from first contact. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth workflows and proactive support.

The role requires leadership in client calls, strong technical curiosity about software workflows, and the ability to stay composed with frustrated clients while delivering clear responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote or in-person demos or training.
• Strong experience with software platforms and learning technical workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in leading client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A.
• Be the trusted point of contact after launch and monitor client adoption.
• Identify and escalate potential issues early; respond quickly to blockers.
• Lead difficult conversations with calm, clarity, and good judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues; translate issues into actionable info for Product/Engineering/Operations.
• Track issues through resolution and ensure follow-through; gather client feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
