Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails, AI-Native) for a remote, part-time leadership role. You will shape engineering culture, set standards, and mentor a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones while focusing on technical excellence and governance.

With 8+ years in software and strong Rails expertise, you will drive architectural decisions, enforce coding conventions, and promote AI-powered development practices to deliver reliable production

Formación

• 8+ years in software development with hands-on production systems.
• 6+ years in Ruby on Rails with production-grade experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team and establishing standards.
• Strong code-review and architectural judgement capabilities.
• Daily hands-on use of AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Proven ability to work in remote-first, distributed teams across time zones.
