Formación

• Experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring junior developers.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka and domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to execute on deliverables while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Core Development: Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: Build and maintain the Angular frontend and connect it with backend logic.
• Modernizing Architecture: Lead the transition to domain-driven structure with strong bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: Architect RESTful APIs with standard HTTP patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: Mentor juniors and promote agile practices to grow the team.
