Job summary

Bridgenext seeks an experienced Technical Lead with AI expertise to design and implement scalable software solutions. You will drive AI integration, manage cloud environments on Azure, and oversee CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable, secure systems.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical leadership position, strong knowledge of AI technologies, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern web stacks. Remote in Colombia or Argentina is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong AI experience including ML frameworks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps: pipelines, repositories, deployments.
• Cloud computing proficiency, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing application environments (staging, testing, production).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, React, Node.js; Azure DevOps pipelines CI; Kubernetes; App Services; Functions; Service Bus; Blob Storage; SQL Server; CosmosDB.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable software applications, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and environment management. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven applications, cloud solutions, and best practices for software architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into software solutions, ensuring efficiency and performance.
• Manage software environments, including development, testing, and production setups. Oversee the CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability through best coding and architectural practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with the organization’s AI strategy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.

Workplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
