Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Bogotá is seeking a Requisition-to-Pay Associate (Specialist) to serve as the SPOC between requesters and suppliers, ensuring compliant, smooth procure‑to‑pay interactions and regional tax compliance support. The role emphasises accuracy, customer focus, and end‑to‑end process ownership.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and an intermediate English level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or final stages of completing one, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of related procurement experience.
Experience with procurement, payments, accounting, taxes, or finance processes.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Intermediate level of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a seamless experience for the requester/business partner using the P2P process by coordinating with stakeholders.
Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
Monitor compliance, conduct business review meetings, and perform data analysis to provide insights and improve KPIs.
Lead continuous improvement through mapping and leading initiatives and projects locally, regionally, or globally; support automations, data analysis, reporting, and efficiencies.
