A leading technology company in Colombia is seeking an IFS Technical Developer/Administrator to enhance and maintain IFS functionality in a complex environment. This hands-on role involves administration, development, and troubleshooting within IFS platforms. Ideal candidates have experience with IFS, SQL, and ERP environments, and strong communication skills for collaborating with U.S.-based teams. Formación

• Hands-on technical experience with IFS (Apps 10 and/or IFS Cloud).
• Experience developing or customizing within IFS.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving within ERP environments.
• Experience with upgrades, patching, environment management.
• Familiar with IFS integrations (APIs, data flows).
• SQL or PL/SQL experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support IFS development, configuration, customization, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Administer and maintain IFS environments, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the IFS platform.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within IFS.
• Assist with system integrations, data flows, and improvements.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders on design and prioritization.
• Coordinate changes, deployments, and system improvements.
• Document configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Conocimientos

Hands-on technical experience with IFS (Apps 10 and/or IFS Cloud)

Experience with IFS administration and configuration

We are seeking a hands-on IFS Technical Developer / Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance IFS native and custom functionality within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on technical ownership of the IFS platform, including development, configuration, system administration, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• IFS Development & Administration: Support IFS development, configuration, customization, and ongoing system maintenance
• Administer and maintain IFS environments, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
• Support and enhance native and custom IFS functionality across business modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the IFS platform
• Assist with system integrations, data flows, and technical improvements
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with IT/IS leadership and business stakeholders on prioritization and solution design
• Coordinate technical changes, deployments, and system improvements
• Document configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical workflows
• Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience with IFS (Apps 10 and/or IFS Cloud)
• Experience with IFS administration, configuration, and technical support
• Experience developing or customizing within IFS (native + custom functionality)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within ERP environments
• Experience supporting system upgrades, patching, and environment management
• Familiarity with IFS integrations (APIs, projections, events, data flows)
• SQL / PL-SQL or equivalent database experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
