INGEPSY is seeking a highly organized, analytical Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to analyze processes and data and coordinate across teams.

• Experience supporting or managing business operations and cross-functional processes.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow management, and operational documentation.
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and tracking performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor daily operational activities, deadlines, deliverables, and performance.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to support decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, tools, and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, reports, and operational documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate solutions.
• Follow up on pending tasks and action items for timely completion.
• Support managers with operational analysis, reporting, and special projects.
• Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Monitor operational risks and escalate significant issues as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and scalable processes.
