INGEPSY in Bogota is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting activities, consolidate financial data, and ensure IFRS compliance. The role focuses on month-end close, budgeting support, financial analysis, and collaborating with FP&A, Controlling, and auditors to drive accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years IFRS experience, and proficient English at B1/B2.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of IFRS accounting experience.
• Intermediate English level (B1/B2).

Responsabilidades

• Manages accounting activities and ensures data accuracy.
• Supports month-end and year-end closings and reconciliations.
• Ensures IFRS and local GAAP compliance through proper documentation.
• Provides analytical reports and dashboards to inform decision making.
• Supports cash flow monitoring and financial planning processes.
