Publicis Global Delivery in Bogotá is seeking a Business Excellence & Compliance Specialist to review, update, and standardize internal process documentation. You will develop Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps to boost efficiency and data quality.

Collaborating with Developers, Operations, Finance, HR, and Talent teams, you will ensure SOPs and guidelines meet internal standards, while maintaining data accuracy and actionable reporting.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (reports/dashboards).
• Power Automate (creating and maintaining flows).
• Power Apps (canvas apps or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience validating data and ensuring data quality.
• Intermediate English (written and verbal, B2).
• SOPs & Documentation management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain internal solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to support operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly tools.
• Develop automation flows to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and streamline operational workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing internal tools and services.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Validate data sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported metrics.
