Heritage Housing Solutions + C-Suite Solutions
Operations Coordinator
Heritage Housing Solutions + C-Suite Solutions
Location: Medellín, Colombia preferred | Other locations considered
Heritage Housing Solutions is a growing U.S.-based manufactured housing and real estate company with a simple mission:
We solve the housing problems others avoid.
Our work brings together homes, land, investors, manufacturers, contractors, lenders, municipalities, and execution. Through our related advisory work with C-Suite Solutions, we also work alongside experienced real estate owners and investors on acquisitions, development, and operational projects across the United States.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can help turn decisions, conversations, and strategy into completed action.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position.
You will work closely with company leadership and become one of the people responsible for keeping priorities moving, communication clear, documents organized, commitments tracked, and important details from falling through the cracks.
You will help coordinate work across multiple companies, projects, team members, customers, vendors, manufacturers, and outside partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organized. You naturally create order when information is scattered.
Proactive. You don't need someone to remind you three times that something is due.
Detail-oriented. Names, numbers, documents, dates, and commitments matter.
A strong communicator. You know how to write a professional email, ask a clear question, and communicate respectfully with customers and executives.
Comfortable with ambiguity. Real estate projects rarely arrive in perfect little boxes.
Resourceful. Your first instinct is to figure out what is needed, not simply report that something is missing.
Accountable. If you own something, you follow it through.
Good with technology. You should be comfortable learning CRMs, project-management systems, cloud documents, spreadsheets, AI tools, and new software.
This position requires significant written and verbal communication with a U.S.-based team and U.S. customers.
English: Minimum professional proficiency around CEFR B2 . C1 or C2 is strongly preferred.
You should be able to participate in business conversations, understand detailed instructions, write professional correspondence, and communicate without constantly translating every sentence.
Spanish: Professional fluency is also important. A portion of our customer base is Spanish-speaking, and the ability to communicate comfortably with those customers is valuable.
Being genuinely bilingual is a major advantage.
You will work directly with leadership responsible for company strategy, partnerships, sales, acquisitions, and execution.
Your job is to help make that leadership more effective.
You will:
Create clarity.
Organize the information so the team knows what matters.
Drive follow-through.
Move milestones, deadlines, and commitments forward.
Connect people.
Keep communication strong between customers, investors, team members, vendors, manufacturers, and partners.
Protect the path.
Spot missing information, administrative risk, and unresolved issues early.
Help build impact.
Our projects ultimately help create and preserve attainable housing while helping real estate owners and investors execute better projects.
We expect our team to operate with:
Integrity in Action
Trust that Builds Partnerships
Clarity in Every Step
Respect for People & Resources
Service with Purpose
We are not looking for someone whose primary skill is waiting for instructions.
We are looking for someone who sees the next three things that need to happen and helps make them happen.
If you enjoy creating clarity, organizing complicated work, communicating with different personalities, following through on commitments, and being trusted with important responsibilities, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Medellín-area candidates are preferred, although exceptional candidates elsewhere will be considered.
Please complete the screening questions carefully. We will place considerably more weight on the quality of those responses than on a generic cover letter.
This position pays a base compensation of COP $4,000,000 per month , with the opportunity to earn up to an additional COP $4,000,000 per month in performance-based bonus compensation .
Total monthly compensation can therefore reach COP $8,000,000 , based on clearly defined performance expectations, execution, follow-through, and measurable contribution to company goals.
The bonus is earned through performance; it is not guaranteed. Candidates should be comfortable with the base compensation and motivated by the opportunity to materially increase their earnings by producing results.
