Bolter is seeking an Operating Partner to work directly with the founding team and tackle the company’s highest-priority problems end-to-end. This role requires a track record of solving hard problems and delivering across ambiguous settings in Europe’s ambitious AI venture.

You will spearhead priorities, uncover growth opportunities, own functions, and recruit top talent, building scalable processes that Bolter can operate at scale as it grows.

Formación

• 8+ years in high-growth tech, investment banks, private equity, VC or venture building.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple domains and functions.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people and delivering outcomes under ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead company priorities from ambiguous brief to shipped outcomes with measurable results.
• Identify growth and revenue opportunities across product, GTM and partnerships.
• Own standalone functions, verticals or teams and ensure successful handovers.
• Recruit and lead high performers, setting high standards and delivering through others.
• Design scalable processes and operations that can scale tenfold.
