Bolter is seeking a founding product engineer to own the full lifecycle of the product—from rapid prototyping to production—across the agent-building workflow, the workspace where people steer their agents, and the applications those agents generate. You’ll work with the GM in a lean team, tackling three core challenges: agent runtime, workspace and apps, and production reliability.

Formación

• Strong TypeScript across the full stack, Go where it fits.
• Depth in at least one area: LLM design and production AI reliability, real-time data infra, or developer-facing tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical roadmap across agent runtime, workspace, and production reliability.
• Make architecture calls with trade-offs between speed, reliability, and cost.
• Ship working prototypes quickly and harden what works.
• Use AI tools as a multiplier in a lean team.
• Recruit and shape the early engineering team.
• Stay close to the product and work with the GM on UX considerations.
