Bolter is seeking its founding designer to rethink how users create, understand and work with AI agents across the product. You will own the redesign, establish a design system from scratch, and define interaction patterns for creating, understanding and steering AI agents.

You will shape the workspace and the applications generated by agents, balancing speed, clarity and craft while guiding early product and design direction.

Formación

• Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products, ideally AI products, productivity tools or chat applications.
• You think in systems and interaction patterns, not individual screens.
• You have strong product and design judgement.
• You care about craft, but know when speed and pragmatism matter more than polish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a significant redesign of the Bolter product.
• Build and own Bolter's design system from the ground up.
• Define the interaction patterns for creating, understanding and steering AI agents.
• Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity and craft.
• Move quickly from ideas to working designs and strengthen what proves useful.
• Help shape the early design and product team as Bolter grows.
