Bolter is seeking a Founders Associate to own critical workstreams end to end, from strategy through execution, while supporting fundraising and investor relations. You will collaborate with the GM and a lean team, leveraging specialised AI agents to drive outcomes across partnerships and operations.

You’ll tackle broad responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment, including helping to build the team and establishing processes that let a small core team achieve big results.

Formación

• Track record of operating with real ownership in startup/venture builder/consulting/investment.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to think clearly and write well.
• Comfort with ambiguity; given a problem rather than a brief, and figure out the rest.
• High agency and follow-through; closes loops without needing repetition.
• Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and building a company from the validation stage.
• Organised and reliable; people can count on you to pick things up and carry them through.
• You're comfortable working directly with senior people and external partners.
• You're able to leverage AI agents as a force multiplier in a lean setup.
• You're pragmatic; know when to be thorough and when good enough is enough.

Responsabilidades

• Own workstreams end to end — from strategy and analysis to execution.
• Support fundraising and investor relations; prepare materials and coordinate diligence.
• Support partnerships and GTM; research, outreach, and relationship management.
• Help build the team — from drafting role specs to coordinating the pipeline.
• Build structure: processes, trackers and systems for a fast-moving team.
• Do the unglamorous work that matters; analysis, coordination, follow-ups, ownership.
