Ipsen Colombia S.A.S in Cali is seeking a Sales Representative in Oncology to manage private and public accounts in Colombia, driving clinical and economic evidence and supporting product launches.

You will coordinate account teams, develop plans, manage sell-in/out and inventories, and promote product access in public institutions with a strong emphasis on execution and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Business or HCP background is required.
• Life science degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in oncology therapeutics is desirable.
• Account leadership and management experience is important.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the account team and acts as the voice of the customer, proactively guiding actions.
• Develops account plans based on brand strategy and executes tactics from segments and opportunities.
• Manages sell-in, sell-out and inventories to ensure product availability as needed.
• Supports product launches and access by promoting clinical experience in public institutions.
