Work With Us in Medellín, Colombia seeks a versatile Support Engineer & Software Developer who can provide day-to-day technical support while helping build and improve our software platforms. This on-site role offers an indefinite contract and full-time hours.
You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support user accounts, and contribute to our Transportation Management System and internal tools, building robust software solutions and collaborating with a dynamic team.
Formación
- Experience in IT support, help desk, software development, or a combination.
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and work across different technologies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
- Support user accounts, system setup, and access management.
- Assist employees with technical questions and system usage.
- Maintain documentation and support tickets.
- Develop and maintain our TMS and other internal platforms.
- Build, test, debug, and improve software solutions.
