Work With Us in Medellín, Colombia seeks a versatile Support Engineer & Software Developer who can provide day-to-day technical support while helping build and improve our software platforms. This on-site role offers an indefinite contract and full-time hours.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support user accounts, and contribute to our Transportation Management System and internal tools, building robust software solutions and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Formación

• Experience in IT support, help desk, software development, or a combination.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and work across different technologies.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role
