Rhenus SE & Co. KG in Bogotá is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate ocean exports and imports, manage bookings, and optimize routes.

You will prepare critical documents, liaise with customers and agents, and ensure accurate costing and billing throughout the shipment lifecycle. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication across internal teams, and compliance with FMC/NVOCC rules and INCOTERMS 2020.

Formación

• Experience coordinating ocean export and import shipments.
• Ability to prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI).
• Strong coordination with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience tracking, costing, quoting, and billing for shipments.
• Knowledge of FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.
• Proactive problem solving for operational and system-related issues.
