The role requires a degree in logistics or related field, 3+ years in shipping/port operations, and strong English plus MS Office skills. Experience with logistics software and international regulations is valued.

Formación

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in shipping and port operations or related roles.
• Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain industries.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with laws and rules applicable by authorities and port customs.
• MS Office package intermediate knowledge.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics software.

Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping and port operations, as boarding clerk, Operations assistant or executive, Cargo Flow position or related position.
• Comprobable experience in related industries (logistics, shipping or supply chain).
• Ability to understand complex processes, define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts (such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions) to practical situations.
• Knowledge of laws and rules applicable by authorities as well as local usages and customs in the ports under her/his jurisdiction.
• IT and System Requirements: MS Office package intermediate knowledge.
• Language: Good command level of English language written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in logistics management software.
