Andes Global Trading, LLC seeks a Logistics Specialist to coordinate client logistics, shipments, and related documentation. The role supports exports and domestic movements, ensuring data accuracy across systems and timely updates for customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in order management and supply chain.
• A BS degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Quick and accurate data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access for analysis.
• Experience in SAP Business One.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, courteous team player with good judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer general inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and bookings.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers and carriers, including export and inland.
• Prepare and coordinate invoicing and shipment documentation.
• Compile reports and support staff as needed.
• Resolve logistics issues by researching problems and recommending solutions.
• Work with operations, sales, and customer service to ensure availability and delivery.
