Job summary

TMF Group in Bogota, Colombia, seeks an O2C Senior Specialist - Billing to manage day-to-day invoicing and financial reporting for TMF clients across service lines, ensuring accurate billing in line with contracts and CRN requirements. You will coordinate with local offices and internal groups, validate invoices, handle debtor activities, and support audits with documentation and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Work within the invoicing team and manage billing activities for TMF clients.
• Coordinate client and internal billing processes, including invoice validation and approval, and debtor coordination.
• Review and evaluate financial aspects of contracts to ensure billing aligns with terms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with TMF local offices and other group functions, serving as a single point of contact for all billing-related matters for managed clients.
• Submit invoices (where applicable) to TMF clients via email or client portals.
• Communicate billing-related information to all stakeholders as required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing billing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations.

O2C Senior Specialist - Billing are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures and strong attention to detail. Their analytical abilities are a valuable asset, while their communication skills support effective customer relationships. They are responsible for day-to-day invoicing and financial reporting processes related to TMF clients across all service lines. The goal is to ensure the company charges customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner, in line with contract/agreement/CRN requirements, agreed turnaround times, quality standards, and financial reporting expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work within the invoicing team and manage billing activities for TMF clients
• Coordinate client and internal billing processes, including invoice validation and approval where applicable, as well as debtor coordination activities
