Roche is seeking a Sequencing Solutions Specialist to drive growth and technical success of the Next-Generation Sequencing portfolio. You will partner with account managers to acquire new customers, lead pre-sales validations, and guide post-sales onboarding and troubleshooting.

You will design validation protocols, translate complex NGS chemistry into clinical and business benefits, and collaborate across Marketing and Business Development to support campaigns and launches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in genomics, molecular biology, or life science instrumentation.
• Experience working with hospital labs, reference labs, academic institutions or biotech companies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial growth and technical success of Roche’s NGS portfolio.
• Lead pre-sales technical validations, product presentations, and workflow discussions for lab directors and PIs.
• Oversee post-sales onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training at customer sites.
• Design validation protocols to prove Roche’s chemistry performance on NGS platforms.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and coordinate with Marketing and BD for campaigns and launches.
