Roche in Bogotá is seeking a Sequencing Solutions Specialist, a critical hybrid role that drives commercial growth and technical success of Roche's Next‑Generation Sequencing portfolio. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from acquiring new customers to pre‑sales validation and post‑sales onboarding, bridging business goals with laboratory operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in genomics, molecular biology, or life science instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of NGS workflows and applications across Oncology, Rare Disease, Microbiology and/or Agrigenomics markets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account business plans with Key Account Managers to maximize market share.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and workflow discussions for Lab Directors and PIs.
• Design end-to-end solutions including library prep, automation systems, and bioinformatics.
• Provide technical specs, workload estimates, and insights for tenders and proposals.
• Onsite onboarding and comprehensive user training at customer sites.
• Monitor solution performance, optimize protocols, and identify upsell opportunities.
