  • Post-Sales Implementation & Customer Success Onsite Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end technical implementation of NGS workflows (Library Prep, Enrichment, and Quality Control) at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and a rapid go-live.
  • User Training: Conduct comprehensive, high-level technical training for laboratory staff to ensure they are self-sufficient and confident using Roche Sequencing Solutions.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex workflow failures. Combine deep molecular biology knowledge with instrumentation insights to resolve issues rapidly.

  • Internal Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Marketing and Business Development to execute targeted campaigns, workshops, and product launches.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate effectively with Technical Support, Field Service, and Distributors (where applicable) to ensure high customer satisfaction and unified service delivery.
