EXL in Bogotá is seeking a Network Administrator to design, implement, and support enterprise network systems. You will configure Cisco Routers/Switches, VPNs, Meraki, Velocloud SD-WAN, and Cisco ISE, while maintaining topology and documentation.

You will monitor performance with tools like WhatsUp, MRTG, Nectus, ThousandEyes, and DNA Center, handle incidents, and work with engineers, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver reliable connectivity and compliant operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (Routers, Switches, VPNs, IOS).
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, routing protocols, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Basic administration experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Understanding of VoIP technologies and performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including Cisco Routers, Switches, VPNs, Meraki Wireless, Velocloud SD-WAN, and Cisco ISE.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using tools such as WhatsUp, MRTG, Nectus, ThousandEyes, and DNA Center.
• Manage internet connectivity, remote access solutions, and network device inventory.
• Support network change management processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot network issues, and meet agreed service levels and operational targets.
• Collaborate with network engineers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support network requirements and improvements.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.

Job Description:

Administers and supports the enterprise network systems. Responsibilities include network design, technology evaluations, network architecture, topology development, maintain network, and system specifications. Other responsibilities include network monitoring, performance analysis, customer support, and fault / problem management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in English is a must (B2 level and above)
