Charm is seeking a data-driven MRV specialist to ensure accurate, auditable reporting for carbon removal projects. You will work with Mangrove and Isometric Certify platforms and Charm’s IT infrastructure to move data from primary sources to final delivery with high integrity.

Responsibilities include owning QA, driving cross-functional MRV processes, and evangelizing best practices across teams while supporting audits and continuous improvement of MRV systems.

Formación

• Ability to analyze complex data and identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Translate compliance requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to ensure alignment.
• Background in carbon accounting or related analytical fields.
• Familiarity with carbon removal standards and verification frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver required MRV data and reporting for CDR projects.
• Maintain and optimize reporting templates and data rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams across MRV platforms and IT infrastructure to ensure accurate data movement from source to delivery.
• Own QA of incoming/outgoing data and ensure verifiable reporting.
• Act as MRV evangelist to promote best practices across teams.
• Support audits and respond to findings with a goal of 100% verification success.
• Drive efficiency to reduce time and overhead in CDR verification and crediting.
• Ensure data collection and reporting systems scale with growth and are continuously improved.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve MRV processes.
