Job summary

Woodard & Curran Inc. is seeking an Asset Management professional to track, analyze, and optimize the lifecycle of physical assets across projects. The role supports strategic planning, maintenance forecasting, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with Area Managers, Plant/Project Managers, and clients.

The position is remote with travel to facilities nationwide (average 50–65%). Requires CMMS/EAM experience and strong analytical capabilities; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, mathematics, statistics, geography, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Utility Industry with knowledge of CMMS Systems, Maintenance coordination, Asset Inventory, facilities support required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset inventories using CMMS or EAM systems.
• Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies (acquisition, maintenance, disposal).
• Conduct physical audits and condition assessments.
• Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations teams to align asset strategies.
• Prepare reports on asset health, risk, and replacement forecasting.
• Support capital planning and budgeting processes.
• Train staff on asset management procedures and tools.
