THE PROJECT ACCOUNTANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING END‑TO‑END PROJECT ACCOUNTING AND BILLING ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACCURATE COST ALLOCATION, TIMELY INVOICING, PROPER REVENUE RECOGNITION, AND EFFECTIVE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FOLLOW‑UP. THE ROLE SUPPORTS PROJECT TEAMS BY MAINTAINING FINANCIAL INTEGRITY ACROSS LABOR, NON‑LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND REIMBURSABLE COSTS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, INTERNAL CONTROLS, AND CORPORATE REPORTING STANDARDS WHILE FACILITATING CASH FLOW AND MONTH‑END CLOSE ACTIVITIES.
Running Oracle system reports for various business steams and projects to support month-end transactions and reporting.

Experience: 5 -10 years
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 5+ years relevant experience.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis); Word and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills, with the desire to develop and apply problem-solving skills for our team
Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
