Cafeto Software USA, LLC is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage a portfolio of approximately 30 mid-market accounts based in the USA. You will serve as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle, building consultative relationships and ensuring customers realize value from our personalization and production platform.

In this role you will focus on retention and growth by understanding client goals, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving adoption of our platform
