Decibel, a 24/7 trading platform, is seeking its first dedicated video editor in Medellín. You will produce vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts at roughly a two-day cadence, following a written standard and rotating formats, within a small marketing team.

You will own end-to-end ideas, craft screen recordings, and deliver credible, high-quality pieces. Strong English and fast delivery are essential for success in this high-output role.

Formación

• 2–4 years of marketing video editing experience.
• Portfolio of short vertical social videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Proficient with Premiere Pro or Final Cut, and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Strong screen recording and sound design capability.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-cadence video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, roughly every two days.
• Create four formats in rotation following a written standard and content calendar.
• Collaborate with a small marketing team including a content designer and a community lead.
• Produce on-brand, credible one-take wallet walkthroughs with clean audio.
• Analyze performance and iterate based on numbers rather than opinions.
