2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is hiring founding sales reps for our Medellín office to sell premium residential moving services to US customers. You’ll listen, solve their relocation pain, and convert inquiries into booked moves.

This full-time, in-office role follows US Pacific Time hours (late morning to evening Colombia time) with overtime during peak season. You’ll be part of a growing network aiming for 10 locations by 2033.

Formación

• English proficiency at C1 or better.
• Strong listening and adaptive problem-solving.
• Resourceful with quick thinking.
• Proven sales results with numbers.
• Experience with outbound sales including cold calls.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Medellín.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative sales from inquiry to booked move.
• Outbound prospecting and follow-up on quotes.
• Ensure customer experience and collect reviews.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow the sales process.
